1-year warranty on heating elements and batteries
All heated apparel sold on glode.us comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship of the heating elements, controller and batteries, from the date of delivery.
What's covered
- Heating elements or wiring that stop working under normal use
- Power buttons and controllers
- Batteries and chargers that fail to charge or hold a charge
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, cuts, tears or burns
- Damage from machine washing with the battery attached, drying in a dryer, or ironing
- Use of batteries or chargers not supplied with the product
How to make a warranty claim
Email support@glode.nl with your order number, a short description of the issue and, if possible, a photo or video. We'll offer a replacement part, a replacement product or a repair — shipped from our US warehouse.
