FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are the products safety certified?

Yes. Our heated apparel and batteries are certified for the US market (including FCC and UL), and have built-in overheating and short-circuit protection.

Can I take my heated gear on a plane?

Yes. Heated apparel is TSA-friendly. Lithium batteries must travel in your carry-on, not in checked luggage.

Does it work below 32 °F?

Yes. The heating works well in sub-zero temperatures. In very cold conditions, battery life is shorter, so for long days outside we recommend a spare battery.

How long does the battery last?

It depends on the product and heat setting. As a guide for gloves: about 2–2.5 hours on high (140–150 °F), 3–3.5 hours on medium (122–131 °F) and 6–6.5 hours on low (100–113 °F). Exact runtimes are listed on each product page.

How long does charging take?

Around 3–4 hours for a full charge. Charge the batteries fully before first use.

How do I wash it?

Always remove the battery first. Hand wash is recommended; machine washing in a laundry bag on a gentle cold cycle is possible for most products. Never tumble dry or iron. Let it air dry completely before reconnecting the battery.

How fast will my order arrive?

We ship from our US warehouse. Delivery takes 2–4 business days and shipping is always free.

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days to return or exchange, and returns are free. See Returns & Refunds.
